Once the quotation has been signed off, we will send across the first invoice for 50% of the project cost.

Upon receiving the payment, we will commence the project. Our team will study your product and service and do competitor analysis. Our project management team will start collecting available collaterals such as logo, copies, images and sitemap.

Within 5 working days, you will receive a design proposal for your website.

*If company images are not available, your designs will be using paid stock images

In between, our project management team will also setup collaborative tools that we will use together such as Basecamp  or Milanote . These tools are designed to help us stay organised.

We welcome your feedback and comments after the design proposal or digital marketing plan has been presented. We will have a feedback meeting, phone call or virtual call.

Upon receiving the final feedback, you will receive the finalized design.

At this stage, all images and copies to be used will be finalized as well.

Our development team will proceed to develop your website based on the finalized designs. Depending on the complexity of the project, the development will take between 5 days to 6 weeks.

Upon delivery of the website and passing the User Acceptance Test (UAT), you will receive the final invoice for the project. You will receive a project warranty period of 30 days

Upon receiving the payment for the final invoice, you will receive a copy of all the project files.
